1. Who you are buying from
tripodselect.com is operated by Tlabs, a French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), SIREN 944 754 522, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, trading as TripodSelect. Placing an order means you accept these terms, so please read them.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
3. How an order becomes a contract
A product listing is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to us, and the contract exists only once we email you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for instance if stock has run out, a price was published in error, or the order fails fraud screening — and when we do, you are refunded in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP), with any delivery charge displayed at checkout before you pay. We never see or store your full card details.
5. The products
We describe our tripods and accessories as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can look different from one screen to another. Specifications, stock and prices may change without notice, though a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
6. Delivery, cancellation and returns

7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms cuts down your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — including your right to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and your right to cancel within 14 days.
8. What we are responsible for
We are liable for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable consequence of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for business losses, since this shop sells to consumers, nor for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Using the site properly
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or copy our text and images without permission. The content of this site belongs to us or to our suppliers.
10. Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere it is for convenience only; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order.
12. Complaints, law and courts
Email Contact@tripodselect.com with "Complaint" in the subject. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days. These terms are governed by French law, but this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live; as a UK consumer you may bring proceedings before the UK courts.
